5.0 VS. 5.8 parts swap?

I have a 302 Block and was wondering if my heads (gt-40), Lower Intake Manifold, Exhaust Headers, and Cam will fit in the 5.8??? Will any of them fit?

Heads and cam, yes. Lower intake no. The headers will physically fit, but you may encounter the problem with the flanges being too high up for the H pipe to reach. For the heads, you'll have to drill the bolt holes to 1/2" from the 7/16" holes that the 302 uses.

While those parts will fit... they will also limit the 351w performance...
