Hood Prop
Hood Latch Assembly w/ cable w/switch
Washer bottle
Evap Cannister
Front Swaybar
P/S System
Smog System
A/C System
HVAC unit under dash
Stereo system w/speakers
Cruise Controll System
Sound Insulation Material Deleted (from firewall to hatch)
Rear Seat w/all Bracketing and Belts
Sub-brackets on Dash Support Frame
Center Counsil Supports
Differential Dampener
Padding under carpet and hatch
Quad Shocks and Brackets
Spare tire and jack
Rear Bumper w/shocks
Quad Shocks w/brackets
Tailpipes
Brake Booster

Also, there are things on the car you can replace that are lighter, I have so far swapped out:

Alumimum Heads
Alumimum Pullies
Front Coil Over Conversion
Tubular K-Member
Tubular A-arms
Flaming River Manual Rack
Catless Mid-pipe
Alumimum Driveshaft
Weld Wheels (15x3.5 & 15x8)
Drag bucket seats
LX trim

It all depends on how much you want to do but when you delete something, you don't have it so you are making a sacrifice.

90mustangGT How much does your car weigh?

Pretty light right now, no motor or trans in it, lol. I am building it. I am hoping for 2600-2800lbs range when it's done. Weight placment is an issue on your launch, nose weight is a big factor there. Rotational weight can really effect the power getting to the ground or not, while unsprung weight will effect the suspension a lot, the rest is just gravy. Look at the SN95's compared to the fox, the SN's are not that much heavier but wow does it make a difference.
