Yes and No. If they are the stock head bolts NO as they are torque to yield and are one and done. If they are ARP or similar grade 8, and you know how to measure bolt stretch, have not been overtorqued, and the head, shank and threads are ok, then YES you can reuse them. If you don't know how to measure for bolt stretch and/or there is visible damage then NO.

That being said head bolts are relatively cheap. Spending the money on a new set of ARP head bolts/washers,moly lube and thread sealer isn't going to break your bank and for the novice will save you from doing the job twice or worse, breaking off a bolt in the block. Follow their recommendations for install using a good torque wrench.
