76mm MAF Meter on a BBK Cold Air Intake. Is this going to work???

Hi, bought a 76mm C&L MAF meter calibrated to 24lb Injectors (have Them) and im going to install onto my BBK cold air intake (Fenderwall Filter). Have been hearing that this may not work. I have seen a freind of mine running his with the cone filter in the hood that they also said does not work.

Any info on this will help me Thanks

I have the same set up and it works for me, except I have 19# injectors.

You may want to clock the MAF, I have the MAF in the 3 o'clock position to catch the air coming around the bend in the CAI. You may have to clock it in a different position for your particular car though.

Actually my car ran fine with it in the stock 12 o'clock position, I have it clocked just because...
