84 mustang engine swap and problems

i have an 84 mustang recently put a fuel injected engine in there with computer it running fine although the box that must have power when the key is on and in start how can i wire that because right now i have toggle switches and would perfer to take them out any ideas i thought about a relay but can't figure out the wiring.
