87-93 x pipe 94-95 x pipe

I know alot of Mustang parts are interchangeable!

But I am just trying to find out what the difference between 87-93 and 94-95 BBK X pipes are. The part numbers are different and I know of a 94-95 x pipe with cats for sale at a reasonable price, but would hate to get it, tear my exhaust apart and then not be able to use it!

I could be wrong but I dont think it will fit. I think the Hangers are different.

I have a h-pipe w/cats for sale if you are interested.

It will work if you cut the hangers off. You don't need the hangers. My hedman X-pipe isn't even made with them and my other cars don't have them either. As long as the header bolts are snug it will stay in place.

as the above poster said, it will work as long as the hangers are cut off. i have a 94gt and had a 87-93 bassani catted x pipe on my car for a while and it fit fine.
