Hello everyone,
First of all thanks to anyone who takes their time to read and/or reply to this. I am not a mechanic for a living so can use all the pointers I can get.
I have a 1991 GT that I am dropping in a supercharged 408 stroker into with an older style AJE K member ( has the plates of steel rather than tubes to mount motor, stock convertible mounts) with Trick Flow 205 twisted Wedge Heads and ceramic coated Mac Long tube headers and mac pro chamber. It has a Moroso oil pan, running trick flow r intake. The steering linkage has been replaced with some aftermarket piece that is actually several individaul pieces thatfit together, if that makes any sense.
Has anyone ever used these same parts to complete the exhuast sytem? Any problems I might encounter? Will it fit at all or am I wasting my time and money ( ouch, yikes).
Also any pointers on getting a Vortech v-1 supercharger kit to fit on my 408 would be very helpful. I have an electric water pump, a lincoln mark VII fan set up, only running the alternator via pulleys and belts.
Here is the scoop on the parts engine and rolling chasis
