Fox 91 Gt T5 Tremec Problem

Hey guy I'm new to the forum and mustang world. I recently bought a 91 gt convertible (possibly a 7up edition). The problem is when I put the car in reverse and start to move I hear a clicking noise from the transmission. When this happens I can feel it in the shifter but the car does not try to pop out of gear or anything, it just makes a rotational clicking sound. I tried to google it to see if this was a common problem but haven't found the same concern. Any help will be appreciated!!!!

Possible chipped tooth on one of the reverse gear teeth. There are 3 gears involved for the reverse operation: one on the countershaft, one on the idler shaft and one on the main shaft.

thanks for the help, I have never messed with a manual trans but that's kind of what I thought, just wanted to check to make sure there wasn't something common that could cause that!
