'91 headlight switch bezel?

I just bought a '91 LX convertible. It was cheap, but the headlights aren't working. I figured out that the headlight switch bezel and broken it's retaining tabs, so the switch is sitting in a little too far to allow it to turn on to the second click. I see the switches are available new, but I can't find the bezels. Is this a junk yard only part?

Are you talking about the big black piece that goes around the gauges?

No, there's a little black piece that goes around the headlight switch.

I just went and looked at a '93 in a wrecking yard and it didn't appear to have the bezel.
