got a 94 cobra, lowered about 2 inches and considering getting a diff cover that will preload the diff bearings - looking at LPW (preferred), as well as FRPP and Drake. my main concern is clearance - looking at the spacing between stock cover and the area that the spare sits in, I'm not sure if there is enough clearance. Anyone with a lowered 94 and has an aftermarket diff cover to comment on any clearance issues?

I have a MAC cover and it has hit and left a T shaped dent near the front drivers side of my spare tire well. I noticed it when going over big bumps. The MAC piece is very beefy. I have a Trick Flow (or Summit brand) cover on my '02 which is lowered also and it hasn't hit but it's not lowered as much as my '95.
I think they make "low profile" covers now for the '05+ models that should clear.

There is a company that sells extra clearance girdles on ebay. I can't remember the name of them though. LMR, or something like that.
