94 GT Coolant Leak

Hi all, I thought I had a coolant leak from the lower radiator hose. Replaced hose and clamps and still have small puddle on the floor. Closer inspection showed the leak coming from the lower transmission cooling line around the large brass nut. Can this be repaired? I can't tell if this is threaded into the tank or not.
