94 Gt, Starter Relay Clicks, No Voltage At Solenoid

I have a 1994 mustang gt, im having an issue with voltage getting to the solenoid, the starter relay is clicking (just replaced so it's not faulty). When i turn the key a ticking noise comes from a relay up near the headlights on the passenger side. However there is a problem causing voltage not to get to the solenoid on the starter, all wires are tight with good, clean connections. Thanks for any help

How bout something
as simple as a low/ faulty battery? Charge/ load test battery. Make sure battery connections clean and tight. Auto basics 101!

Maybe you have a short in your T5's neutral safety switch? Taking the neutral safety switch out of the circuit would eliminate it as a culprit.
