SN95 95 Gt Stripping Interior

I bought a 95 GT with the idea of turning it into a Lemons race car.I will be stripping out everything not needed. Is there anything of value that I should try to salvage? I have seen a few airbags for sale. The seats are not in great shape but the electronics work. Any guidance would be appreciated I hate to just throw it all into the dumpster.

I'm sure you could sell any trim pieces, seat belts, even the rough seats. People might want the ECM too. Craigs or ebay would work and might make you a few extra bucks.
