95 Mustang tail light paint detail...

My 95 Cobra has the horizontal bar style tail lights and the top edges of the painted surface is starting to fade. It looks awful!

Is there a way to repaint these tail lights? If not, does anybody make reproduction units in factory paint? (I really hate the aftermarket euro junk)

Any kind of paint cleaner/polish and a coat of wax should help. If not, they can be taken off and painted just like any other part of the car.
