95 v6 fan control / toggle switch

Hello all i am having an issue with my cooling fan not kicking on at all while car is on inlve replaced damn near every part between the temperature sensors to the fan and plug itself to no avail my mechanic suggested I put in a toggle switch for manual control and was wondering if anyone happened to have advice on wire gauge and the fuse size I would need to better prevent arching and burning out something to quickly

Thanks guys

Did you replace the CCRM (relay module) which controls the fan? It is triggered during the KOEO self-test so you can verify if you hear relay-clicking or not. You'd want to use a relay and switch if you intend to make it manual, the wire gauge is then only important between the battery and the relay, and between the relay and the fan. You don't want to run that much amperage through a switch.
