well speed limiter or not...96-98 stangs are slow anyway. Now that your here do some looking around for info on a PI Swap. Thats the Heads/Cams/Intake off a 99-04 Mustang. Its a worthy investment and will add much needed BALLS to you mustang.

It ain't about cars, it's about tires. "H" rated aren't RATED for more than 120mph... get a clue... it's about business and lialibity. The Mustang will go as fast as you want it if you know your car.

Change the program. Problem solved if you know what you are doing...

For every condition, if you just went straight you can surpass 120 no problem.

i got the sct2, im not sure if its automatically disabled during the tune, but going over 145mph aint too bright around where i live. no real long straight aways. i got a 96. its pretty damn fast, but then again its got a new saleen motor and all boltons +cam and blower in my room. so im sure if i find a straight away i can find out about my top speed
