Hello All, my name is Tedd, and this is my first post in this forum, but I'm not new to forums in general. They are an awesome place for knowledge and learning about your car. I previously had a 2003 terminator cobra that I bought stock and built to a 600hp based on all the information I learned in forums.

Well now I'm on to a new project and its a completely different animal. I now have a 67 mustang that was a drag car in its previous life. I want to de-tune it and make it a Sunday cruiser to take the wife in and still have a significant kick in the pants when I want. The car supposedly makes 700hp and has 12:1 compression, it currently runs on 110 octane.

Here is what I know about the car:
393 Cleveland forged longblock - drilled for oiling
Brodix heads
jesel shaft mount valvetrain
edelbrock intake
demon carb
electric water pump
200amp alt
msd distributor
msd 7 series ignition
4core aluminum radiator with dual electric fans
7qt oil pan with gurdle
Longtube headers
3.5 inch exhaust
12-1 compresssion
Mallory fuel pump
Mallory fuel pressure regulator

I'd like to lower the compression and run 91 octane. Any suggestions about the best way to go about this? Any help would be much appreciated. I'm still learning the car as I have not had it very long. Thanks for any help / knowledge you guys can send my way!
