Fox A9L Computer

So I need a new computer for my 89 mustang lx hatchback with a 5 speed manual and I was wondering would an A9L from a 90-93 mustang work in my 89 or do I need an A9L from another 89 mustang, any help is greatly appreciated!!

Thank you so much! I read somewhere that 90-92 A9Ls won’t work in an 89 because of airbags but i just wanted to make sure!
