Finally got my car idling great and good throttle response. Only problem is that it has trouble reaching the target afr from the table. Also, Im guessing that the VE table should never be over 100?

Nope, reaching target means tuning the VE table so it will. The VE value can go up to 255 depending on how the tune is setup. The ve value only hold credence to actual engine VE if all the injector settings and absolutely spot on and the tune is setup correctly.

also if your settings are activating correctly you have something in the order of 34*+ timing at idle. must be a very rowdy cam to require that much timing at idle
i believe i had my closed loo[ idle advance set too high, I lowered it. Ill attach the datalog from some highway driving
