I’ve had a few SN-95 New Edge Mustangs, and like the ones before that people either installed a catback exhaust system or a midpipe (with or without cats), or both. I just bought a 2017 GT Premium that is completely stock. What’s everyone doing on these S-550s? Replace the “midpipe” with one without the huge resonators, or just install an axle back setup?
I’m over 50 years old, but not over the hill, so I’m looking for a bit more noise, but nothing excessive. Any thoughts? Pros/Cons with replacing either the midpipe or axle back?
