Air Bag light?

Hey i was just wondering if any of u guys knew what it ment when the air bag light in the dash comes on and or just flashes and some times it goes away and others it want; anybody know?thanks guys its greatley appreciatted

welcome to the boards... have you had the battery dissconnected for a while??? count the flashes... code 52 wole be flash, flash, flash, flash,flash.............flash,flash.................................


this commonly happens when the battery is dosconnected for long periods of time.

Im sure someone will come in and post the whole list but i no longer have it saved

thanks man i appreciatte and also i just remembered my alt. is either bad or going bad and makin a kinda a ticking noise and i also notice the pully on it isnt in line with the rest i was just wondering if that was some kind of signal of showing me that it was bad or somthingelse. but thanks again for the help
