So cal
It seem for some to get over 300rwhp with full bolt-ons, h/c/i, you need a custom cam, possibly ported aftermarket intake, and not retain emissions, Have Long tube headers, good tune etc...
What Rwhp would you get(realistic) with all box stock off the shelf parts. Retaining all emissions legal parts or Carb #...and that will pass smog.
Starting with a freshly rebuilt 302 9-5 comp, forged piston, stock rods, stock crank, just freshend up bearing Etc. Good starting point 190-200rwhp.

Out of the box AFR 165 E, with crane 1.6 roller rockers
Trickflow stage 1 cam,
out of the box edelbrock performer intake
Bolt-ons/supporting mod:
BBk shorty headers, 2-1/2 Catted H-pipe, Mac Mufflers
70mm T.b 70mm egr, 75mm Pro-m Maf, moroso CAI
24# inj., Adj. Fuel press reg., 190lph pump,
U/D pullies, MSD coil, 9mm wires, 6al box, electric fan, K/C clutch, Alum. D/s,
03 cobra t-56, stock 8.8, 410 gears,

full belt, a/c, p/s,smog pump, cats,
What should i expect, more than 300rwhp?

I would expect 285-300 rwhp.

You do not need longtubes.

You do not need a custom cam (but it does give you more power and driveability).

You do not need a tune.

You do not need to be non-emissions legal.

Now, that T-56 is going to eat up a little bit of that power.

Porting the lower is a cheap way to get 5-7 more rwhp on your performer.

They will substitute afr's if thats what you want. Call Rick, he will hook you up.

Ive been meaning to call them and see If there cam is Emissions legal or atleast Has Carb#'s, that is a awsome package, Ive been really wanting that for a while now. I would also pefer swaping the typhoon for an edel performer. IMO seem like a good top end kit, From reputable people. I would trust them over The Trickflow top end kit
