another spring & shocks/strut question

I am looking to buy Lakewoods 50/50 rear and 70/30 fronts and want to change the 18 year old springs while I am at it. I was thinking of going with the FMS "B" springs. My car will make it to the track a couple of times a year and street driven occasionally. Will this combo handle like crap or will it be alright?

Personally I would be looking at Strange engineerings 10 way adjustables before i went the lakewood route. I do have the Ford racing springs. Can't member if they are B's or C's. They were the progressive ones. I like the springs. Gives your stang a much harder ride then factory though. Nothing that loosens fillings but........
