Any differences from 2005-2010 3650 trans>!?

I need another trans for my 2010 GT Stang, Ford wont warranty it, even though it was a faulty slave cylinder, and now i gotta come outta pocket and get a trans... ARE THERE ANY CHANGES FROM 2005-2010 AND ANYWHERE INBETWEEN? I keep finding 05-08 trans, I just wanna make sure Ford didnt change anything and i end up buying a trans and it not being a direct fit or needs modifying... Thanks in advance!!

If it is a 2010 why are they not taking care of it? Also is it just the slave or is the transmission bad too? I'm not sure but I would think that the slave could be replaced by itself if thats all thats wrong.

PS I should have read further. After seeing all the mods I'm sure thats why they won't warranty it.

Yeah, it was becasue of the mods that they wouldnt fix it..so, now, even though its because of the faulty slave cylinder, im screwed...
