Any Type Of Decklid Panel Delete?

I think the gas cap thing is really silly and if I were to actually change the panel I'd like it to be the same color as my car. I can't find a place that sells colored decklid panels, though. I've seen a picture of a car without the panel the same color. Hopefully it wasn't shopped.

Both RTR and CDC make deck lid panes that eliminate the faux gas cap but as far as I have seen they they only come on black, so you would need to have it painted to match.
