anybody have trouble with their electric choke sticking?

LOL. Old Sadie had a manual choke and I don't recall having too many problems with it. When I got new Sadie, she had an electric choke and one of the first things I did was swap it with old Sadie's carb (with the manual choke); no real reason for doing it other than that was what I was used to. Since then, I had so many problems keeping her running even after she'd warmed up. Even yeild signs made me nervous. Of course when I let dad drive her to work once she fired right up and took off w/o any problems for him.

Anyway, I finally got so frustrated fiddling with the carb and still having problems, that I swapped back the original carb with the electric choke and she's been running like a dream since. But just now, I let dad take her to the store and she died on him about 3 or 4 times before he got out of the driveway. :D

Sorry I can't be of any help, but I just thought I'd share.
