Anyone tuning speed density with a Crane Interceptor?

Looking for an idea on a base tune, or maybe someone that has a similar combo, and the tune they used?

I have:
1988 5.0 LX Coupe
Fresh (500 miles) RNH 306
Explorer intake
65&67/mm TB&EGR
Comp XE264HR cam
1.6 RR's
Thumper E7's w/GT-40 valves
FMS Shorties
Off-road H
Magnaflow Exhaust
3.55's
Pulleys.....still Speed Density w/19lb inj's

The car runs great with 40psi FP and 16* base timing. Just thought an Interceptor would be an inexpensive way to get introduced to a PMS.
