Anyone want to throw a HP number out for the mods on this foxbody ?

Long story short I am about to trade for a 89 5.0 LX hatch, with the following mods:

built 302
E cam
GT 40 heads
24lb injectors
typhoon upper and lower intake
All after market internals (????)
3in exhaust all the way back
bbk shorty headers
bbk fuel regulator
msd ignition box
dual electric fans
tremec 5 spd tranny
8.8 rear end with 4.10 gears

Assuming the owner is honest with all the mods, what ballpark hp numbers am I looking at?
Also what track times roughly ?

i say 250ish rwhp and with a drag radial and a good driver, probably high 12's are possible.
