Are there archived threads that are not visible in a normal heading? In other words, I was looking for dicussions on the 40th anny package, but there isn't much there. Seems when I googled, I found some different info than what is present there now, if I'm making any sense whatsoever.

Check the settings in the forum for which you are searching; you might need to adjust the "displayed date range" in order to see threads from a prior time frame.
