I know my braking system needs to be replaced that's a great been but what I need to know is who to blame? I had a dealership work on my car about a month prior to my brakes locking up. I had tires replaced two days before my brakes started acting up and then locked up a week later. So who should I blame? The dealership or the tire place because other than winning the lottery I'm pretty much screwed. Help.
