axle options/ t-loc rebuild ?

Looking at superior 28 spline axles for my rebuild I am getting ready to get parts for. I have liked what I have read on Superior handling power and what not but just for the option how do you guys feel about Alloy USA?

Also what is the harder/stronger axle the 1541 Carbon Steel or the 1541H (assume its for hardened)?

When I pull the t-loc I assume I can measure the shims and put back in and check and not have to mess with the pinion depth/setting it up for the most part? I plan to replace the seal at the pinion but from what I can tell that will not impact much.

im running alloy usa axles...throw 'em on there when i got my tlok rebuilt...i like them, they seem to hold up pretty well

Alloy USA has great prices and complete kits (i.e. axles, bearings, seals and lug studs)

Really, I have not looked at any kits...just getting the parts more individual...hmmm. I will have to check that out, it just depends on what the discount I get at a local ford dealership brings the total to (get parts at dealership cost woot).
