Bama Performance Response Time...

What's everyone's general experience in regards to response time from BAMA? Been dealing with tune issues since Feb 22nd, and half the delay is waiting 2-3 days for an email response from their team. Would I be better off calling, or is this type of delay the norm?

They have been slow lately. I've noticed they're quick to ask you what's taking so long if they're waiting on something from you though. I've been talking to them about datalogs and I've gotten emails from three different people, and had a couple emails that never got answered until I mentioned it a second time.

Pretty much the same experience. Had to call to get results. Worked out OK in the end, but the process was a PITA...
