I have been having a squel coming from the Sepentine belt area. I am not sure if its the belt or one of the pulleys. Is there an easy way to find out? Or do i have to replace things one at a time.

Do any of the pulleys have bearings?

A thing to note is that there is no noise (squeal) at idel, only when reved or when accelerating. The car is a 1999 GT Automatic.
ANy suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks

I had a similar problem. All I had ended up doing was cleaning the surfaces of all of the pulleys with a scouring pad, and popped on a Gatorback. No more squeal for me. However, the gatorback gave me a neat supercharger hum :)
