Best brand oil filter?

Thats what I would like to use but I cant get anyone to cross reference the filter I have now which is a STP S3531. The original filter no long works on my car since I installed the UPR K member so I was told about this filter but would like to know which one it crosses to in a motorcraft.

here is the spec sheet from Wix filters for their version

For the money, the Motorcraft filter cannot be beat. It is a exceptional filter that I would easily pay $10 for. Ford wouldn't recommend it unless they knew it does the job well. If I cannot get a Motorcraft I usually spring for the Mobil 1 filter. The M1 filter is made of sythetic fibers etc. and probably is the best one for race applications. I suggest you try the Mobil1 filter before buying a relocation kit. The Mobil1 is considerably shorter than the Motorcraft, etc. and I am fairly confident that it will work with your setup.
