Best Place to Get a Long Block

I'm looking for a 351 Long Block, I've checked Oreilly's and Rock Auto. Anyone here have any better suggestions, I won't have a core, and don't want anything crazy, just a OEM Replacement/Reman for a 351

I got a 351 shortblock cheap from http://www.citymotorsupply.com/ and it ran like a top till I ruined my heads via a cheap aluminum radiator from China.

$1900 is not a bad price. you might also check out jasper engines, summit racing, jegs, etc.

I would like to order direct from them, but it appears you can't. I'll have to call my local reseller and see what they say.

If I were going to run a factory style build of a 351W, I would buy a '94 up (roller cam) long block from the junkyard. You should be able to find something without extremely high miles. Modern EFI engines last a long time, too. Typically well maintained engines outlast the body in most areas of the country.
