i went to get my state inspection today and i had to go to ford...what a joke. They made me rip down all my tint( expected) told me my exhaust had holes in them ( flowmasters) said my drive shaft bolts were loose (B.S.) and said my batter was too small. Now i got the battery that was recommended in the book. Its an exide 58/60 with 540 cca. My buddy said he had a problem with inspection saying his battery was too small too. He remedied this by screwing on the battery tie down bracket upside down. I did this and the battery stays put too. Am i really using the wrong battery or the tray really just too big for the battery?
