Alright this is whats its doing: Start the car and you get a solid right blinker light on the dash. When you turn the right blinker on, it blinks really fast. When the headlights are on, the side marker is not lit up. SO, do the linker and side marker use the same bulb? If so how does one work and not the other? Also, how do i replace it? I felt behind the the light but didnt feel a harness or anything.

There's a harness for the blinker. Take out the one bolt holding it in and pop the light out sideways. Just be careful and catch it and it should be "dangling" by the harness. I think the blinker and side marker are the same bulb but I don't know why one would go and not the other. But atleast if you can get the side marker out you can take a look. Good luck.

Blinker and side marker are same bulb.

There are 2 filaments in the bulb, one is brighter than the other which is your blinker.

Same thing goes for your taillights, brighter filament is lit when the brake is applied, lighter filament is used when parking lights are on.
