bomz racing cold air intake install?

ive started putting the kit on and the fenderwell peice seems like its missing parts or something. i cant figure out how it goes on because the instructrions arent very clear. it shouldnt be hard, i mean come on its an intake pipe. ill keep trying and checking back. any info is useful.

I had this kit on my 96 gt. you need to use some parts from your current setup to complete the install. I think I had to use the seals on the MAF.
