Anybody ever box in their stock rear control arms. Seems to me this would be an inexpensive way to take the flex out of them. Isn't that their weak point? I'm just building a cruiser, nothing to take to the strip. I just want a good handling car. Also, pics would be nice if anyone has done this. Thanks.

I have boxed upper and lower rear control arms with urethane bushings. The quad shock is not necessary as wheel hop is no longer a problem. The down side is the rear sway bar mounts inside the control arm. Once boxed the sway will no longer be mountable.
