I know the brakes are supposed to float but the front ones are floating way to much. Everytime i hit a crack in the raod it rattles like no other. What could i do to fix the excessive rattling?

positive. I took off the wheel and can manaually move the calipers myself. I was thinking about getting new bolts and bushings for the calipers but was wondering if anyone else has had this problem

yea from autozone if i remember corectly but the whole calliper itself moves to much. It acts like the 2 bolts are not tighting enough, kinda like they are stretched out!

Tightening the bolts won't do anything to help. They don't secure the caliper since they are a floating design.

The pins poke through the pad's guide holes. If the caliper moves, that means they fit loosely. Either you need to replace the caliper bolts due to wearing thin, or need to get a new set of pads with smaller holes.
