I have a 98 mustang the brake pedals can pulsate/vibrat when I'm completely stopped and in Drive. If I put it in reverse, neutral,or parked it won't vibrate. Also you had to press the pedal quite a ways to fully brake before I had bled them they seem better now but the vibration still happens when I'm at a dead stop.
