Ok i have been trying to figure out where the hell the cabin air filter is on my car and I could not figure it out. I looked on the computer at work and they dont list one but i know it has one, does anyone have any idea where it is located because i know it needs to be changed desperatly. Thanks for the help.

Thats not true because i know most hondas that have them, but anyway, if it doesnt have one then why does ford offer to change it? and charge for it of course.:Damnit: And anyway even a focus and escort have one so the mustang has got to have one?

I Googled it, and couldn't find anyone offering to sell one for the SN95. There was an article about the S197 having a filter, so maybe that's the first year.

Maybe ask the parts counter at the Ford dealer for one, and if they say there isn't one then hang that around their neck when they charge you for it the next time you're in for service? I'd say a 50% discount should keep you from reporting them to the BBB!:nice:

I know for a fact that your car doesn't have a cabin air filter.. i used to manage a jiffy lube.. and we had to show the customers their cabin filters.. and only certain mini vans and cars had them mostly family sedans with kids.. it would be either in the glove box, or right underneath the windshield under the hood.. but i know for a fact that no mustang has a cabin air filter.
