Yep, had the same problem. I'm hoping that when it warms up a little that weatherstrip will soften up a bit and form to the trunk opening enough to settle down a little.

Nice car, I like the colors...What shifter is that? B&M or Hurst or ?? How do you like it?

the shifter is a Z-Gate hurst shifter. it HAD the ratchet mode before the spring broke after 1 year of service. since then i've just used it shifting normally from 1st,2nd,3rd and OD or just leave it in O/D

the only thing that bugs is the vibration of the reverse lever (metal to metal noise)
