Cam questions!! asap!!

Hey i pulled my cam out of my 1990 5.0 today...HOPING it was stock and i hope it is...but by the distributor gear on the cam , its stamped ZE (dot) E
please dont tell me its the E-Cam..cause thats what i am getting...
how can u tell the dif between stock and aftermarket without a micro..
would it say Ford racing on it or somethin

I put an E-cam in my 89 and it was clearly stampes E303 on the butt end of the cam. You can definately tell the difference between a stock cam and the E in the way it idles anyway. If it didnt lope it wasnt an E-cam.

My B-303 was stamped b 303, so I imagine the e would say e 303...I have my stock one out at home but I am at work so I cannot check it til tonight..
