Fox Can someone guide me with this?

Hello to all. I'm looking at installing new gauges in my 1991 Fox Mustang. I've been looking at the New Vintage gauges and the Dakota gauges.

Can anyone give feed back on the best way to go. Both seem great options over stalk. Yet, I don't want to purchase garbage and have to do all kinds of work arounds.

Any information is most appreciated.
