Engine Can stock block hold a turbo

I have a 93 mustang with all bolton's and heads and cam . Stock internals. Can this hold up to a twin turbo setup if I'm not boosting through the roof?

You would never get to realize the benefits of a TT setup on a stock block. Plenty of guys break them naturally aspirated. Keep the tune safe, low rpm's, and power under 500rwhp and it "should" last for a while, depending on its current condition.
