Car dies constantly... atleast today.

Today I went get my rims put on and it was HOT. I had the A/C on full blast and when I would go to pull my car on the lift at the tire place, I would have to back up and pull in over and over, and the car would die everytime I would stop. I turned the A/C off and it still did it, just not as bad but it would still die.

It depends how you set your idle, with regard to being an IAC issue. For instance, mine's set so that the hot engine, no load idle requires no IAC input.

There are other well liked idle setting procedures that require IAC cycling at idle. If yours falls into that category, check it out.

Replace it with a new Motorcraft IAC valve and see
