Car stumbles and dies at high RPM

Well....it ran good for two days lol. Ive got a new problem. Today I had a pair of cats and tailpipes installed. I dont think that is relevant to the problem but I am just putting it out there.

Long story short, the car stumbles and dies around 5000rpm in second gear. When it is revving while parked its fine and same when it is in first (but at that rpm and with 4.10 gears it just spins anyways). So anyways, the car literally died and shut off while moving at that rpm. My fuel pump is a mechanical holley pump and the pressure is fluctuating between 6 and 6.5 psi. I dont really remember what it was at before but the pump only has about 2000km on it. I am totally stumped on this problem. It feels like the car is running out of gas and dying and the fuel pump is new and looks fine too! Im putting it on the dyno on friday if I cant figure out what is the matter.

And the carb is a holley 650dp with 2000km on it.
