Carb'd 1984 Mustang PCV question

On my 1984 mustang Gt-350 I have a run of the mill Edelbrock 2121 intake and a Holley 600 cfm 4 brl 80457-7 type carb with an aftermarket adapter plate. The intake has no pcv hooked up, but I have one PCV valve on my passenger side valve cover going to my air cleaner. On the driver's side valve cover there's a breather that I was thinking about swapping out for another PCV.

My first question is: If I change the breather to the PCV valve, where would I connect the hose?

My second question is: Is it ok to run one pcv valve and one breather?
