Catalytic Converter Removal Question

So this may be a stupid question but i was thinking probably too much thinking, im working on eliminating my cats and smog on my car by removing the cats and the smog on my car am i going to throw any check engine lights or anything of that nature that will cause it to run differently? i still plan on having the O2 sensors near the headers on the new h pipe unless they are not needed... i searched the threads but there is a billion of O2 threads

Here's the usual run down. The smog equipment isnt hurting you any, so remove it only if you feel like doing a good amount of work for nearly 0 gain (unless you're concerned about weight and then go for it i guess). Cut off the cats if you want, but yes you DO need 02 sensors

My pump is by passed with a shorter belt, and installed a H-pipe O/R (no cats). Plugged o2's back in and have not have an engine light come on.

Matter fact I have never seen my engine light come on??????? WTH lol.

You dont NEED 02 sensors.
